Abstract preparation

  1. Abstract themes can be drawn from all branches of knowledge in Neurology and can be in the form of research or case reports.
  2. Abstract should contain an original material not published at the time of submission.
  3. Every first letter in the abstract title is written in capital letters, for example: "The Effect of Hyponatremia on the Outcome of Tuberculosis Meningitis".
  4. Abstract must be submitted in English
  5. Research abstract must contain:
    1. Background
    2. Case
    3. Method
    4. Result
    5. Discussion
    6. Conclusion
    7. Keywords
  6. Case report abstract must contain:
    1. Background
    2. Case Summary
    3. Discussion
    4. Conclusion
    5. Keywords
  7. The full abstract text must be more than 100 words but may not exceed 250 words.
  8. All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in the text. e.g: Modified Rankin Scale (mRS). Do not define abbreviations in the title.
  9. Use generic drug names.
  10. Tables, charts or other graphics are not allowed
  11. Speakers are asked to declare the conflicts of interest by filling in the form and sending it to the committee along with the abstract
  12. The JakNews 11 committee is allowed to administer minor edits without changing the original content.
  13. The author who will present must ensure that all co-authors have approved the contents and its submission to JakNews 11 before the submission.
  14. Abstracts are required to be submitted between December 25th, 2023 to January 31st, 2024 at 23.59 WIB (GMT+7)
  15. All participants whose abstract is accepted must submit the required E-Poster.
  16. Selecte participants for oral presentations must submit both E-Poster and the Power Point presentation file.
